Park at O'Mahony's pub in Araglin Village. Walk east on the main road towards Kingston Bridge and take the first turn left. This is known as Keane's Forge. The road rises up for 2km and at the yellow waymarkers for the Avondhu Way, keep right and follow the Way for 1km past a pony trekking and bed and breakfast 'Farmstead'. Take the first right and return through Barnahown, (where there were houses and a school in the 1880's) to the main Araglin road. At the 'T' junction, turn right and return to your car.
